Adam Baur is an architectural designer at BHDP Architecture in downtown Cincinnati, where he collaborates on projects across multiple disciplines including workplace, industrial design,community/government, healthcare, retail, and higher education environments. As a co-chair of BHDP’s Emerging Technology Department, Adam actively researches and evaluates cutting-edge tools, builds strategic relationships with technology partners, and pilots new innovations within the firm to determine measurable value and practical use cases. He plays a key role in rolling out successful technologies across the organization to improve efficiency, visualization, and client experience.

Outside of the office, Adam is a hands-on real estate investor with a passion for transforming neglected properties. He has purchased, fully gutted, and renovated a few homes and maintains a small rental portfolio. 

Adam brings curiosity, technical skill, and entrepreneurial drive to every project, always looking for smarter ways to build, design, and improve the spaces where people live and work.
