Kevin Donnelly
Vice President, Project Management

Kevin Donnelly is Vice President of Project Management for REDI Cincinnati.
In his role, Kevin leads REDI’s project management team and is the main
contact for companies evaluating the Cincinnati region for growth
opportunities.

Matt Zimmerman
Senior Project Manager
Matt Zimmerman joined the REDI Cincinnati staff as senior project manager
in September 2022. In this role, He is responsible for assisting companies in
their growth plans, advancing projects and supporting programs while
building relationships with local, state and national stakeholders.

Sarah Custer
Project Manager
Sarah Custer joined the Dayton Development Coalition in 2015. In her role
as Project Manager, Sarah works closely with economic development
partners at the state and local levels, and other key stakeholders in
business expansion and attraction projects throughout the 12 county
Dayton Region. Her responsibilities also include community engagement;
outreach and business development efforts. Additional areas of focus
include redevelopment and revitalization opportunities in the region.
